What each kind of care is

Your doctor explains each one before it starts, and you decide which parts you want.

  • Spinal adjustment

A hands-on movement your chiropractor applies to a joint of the spine. Your doctor explains the risks and what you may feel before the first one, and you can ask to stop at any time.

    • Done by hand, or with an instrument

    • Low-force options where they suit you

    • Explained before it is done

    • Your choice at every step

    • Hands-on soft tissue work

    • Pressure adjusted to what you tell us

    • Usually part of a longer visit

Chiropractic care does not replace medical care. Results vary from person to person, and your doctor explains your options and their risks before treating.
